Terms and Conditions
When you fly with one of our partners, you have the option to order tax-free goods from Airshoppen for delivery on board the aircraft. By shopping in Airshoppen, you accept the terms and conditions described below. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions as necessary (e.g., due to changes in legislation or technical setup).
Placing an Order
Airshoppen must receive your order by the deadline indicated when you log in to Airshoppen—typically 4 days before departure. You can order goods for both outbound and return flights. Please note that outbound and return orders are considered two separate orders. This means that if you want to take advantage of our “4 for 3” campaign or other offers, the goods must be ordered for delivery on either the outbound or return flight only.
When you have placed your order or made a change in Airshoppen, you must click “Get updated order details” to receive an email with updated order information. Note that regardless of whether you click the button or not, the latest total amount shown in your shopping cart will be charged via your chosen payment method when the payment deadline expires.
You will receive an email with the final order confirmation once we have packed your order (approximately 4 days before departure). A purchase agreement governed by these terms and conditions is only concluded when we have confirmed your order and you have received the final order confirmation at the email address provided. We recommend saving the final order confirmation for any contact with Airshoppen’s customer service.
If you do not provide a payment method and pay for your order before the deadline, and you also do not cancel your order, orders of DKK 300–2,000 containing fewer than 10 products will be packed and delivered on board if you are traveling outside the EU. At that time, you can decide whether to purchase the goods or not. This is only an offer to you as a customer. Note that you can always use your right of return.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must actively click “Cancel order” or remove individual items from the cart by clicking the red crosses.
You must be at least 18 years old to shop in Airshoppen.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
You can change your order of tax-free goods, seats, and meals on board until the deadline indicated when you log in to Airshoppen—typically 4 days before departure. After this time, changes are no longer possible.
However, you can always cancel your purchase of tax-free goods when you receive them on board. See the section on withdrawal and return rights below.
Prices
All prices are stated in DKK and include VAT and any applicable taxes. Prices at the time of ordering apply.
This assortment applies to flights from Denmark during the period November 1, 2025 – May 14, 2026. We reserve the right for changes in customs regulations, printing errors, lack of deliveries from subcontractors, and force majeure (including labor disputes and epidemics/pandemics). The listed store prices in this assortment are provided by our suppliers and do not account for time-limited campaigns, etc. Store prices are as of September 2025 and refer to physical stores, not online shops. Some products are only available in the tax-free market. In these cases, the listed store price is indicative and prepared in consultation with our suppliers. Please note that the term “Taxfree” offered on EU routes means that Airshoppen has paid the applicable customs duties and VAT on goods where required. This allows you to purchase at the same price as if you were traveling to a destination exempt from customs and VAT.
Delivery of Tax-Free Goods
Your tax-free goods will be delivered to you on your flight. We deliver goods on board during the outbound flight if you have ordered for that leg. Goods ordered for the return flight will be delivered then. It is important that you check the contents of the bag against your order before leaving the aircraft.
Please note the following rules regarding delivery of your tax-free goods:
For travel within the EU, goods are delivered to your seat at the destination.
For travel outside the EU, goods are delivered to your seat in the departure country.
Payment
You can only pay for your goods online in Airshoppen. We offer various options for card payment and MobilePay.
Our webshop uses NETS Payment Solutions, the leading provider of online payment solutions in the Nordics. When you choose to pay online, you are directed to a secure and encrypted page at NETS, where you can enter your card details. After approved payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
You can pay with the following cards: Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and Eurocard. Additionally, you can use MobilePay and ApplePay. We do not accept AMEX, Diners, or My Holiday Card online.
We only withdraw funds from your account when your flight is closed for orders, before the goods are shipped. Since we treat outbound and return orders as two separate orders, we withdraw the amount for the outbound order approximately 3–5 days before departure. Likewise, the amount for the return order will only be withdrawn about 3 days before your return date. We will never withdraw more than the amount you approved at purchase.
Tax-free goods, seats, and meals ordered for the outbound flight must be paid for on the outbound flight. Likewise, tax-free goods, seats, and meals ordered for the return flight must be paid for on the return flight. You can pay with any common credit card on board except AMEX and Diners. Note that if you choose to pay by card on board, it may take up to 2 weeks before the funds are withdrawn from your account.
*Debit card rules: For purchases of €200–€800, an ID card must be shown at payment. For purchases over €800, you must prepay online before departure or pay with another card on board.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You can add and remove items in your shopping cart until the date indicated when you log in to Airshoppen—typically 4 days before departure. However, you can always cancel your purchase when you receive tax-free goods on board. If you return goods on board, cabin crew will not charge you for the returned products.
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal on purchased goods. The withdrawal period runs from the time you receive the goods. You must contact customer service within 14 days. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to tobacco and alcohol.
When returning goods under the right of withdrawal, they must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as when you received them. You may unpack and try the goods as long as you can return them in substantially the same condition and quantity. The right of withdrawal lapses if you use the goods in a way that clearly reduces their resale value significantly. Remember that any packaging must be intact.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, you must cover the cost of shipping to Airshoppen. The purchase amount will be refunded to you by bank transfer once Airshoppen has received the goods and verified that they meet the conditions for withdrawal. Please note that you can only return goods via PostNord.

Right of Complaint
As a consumer, you have a 24-month warranty on all goods. For goods with a limited lifespan, your warranty is limited to the usual shelf life of the product.
If you discover a defect or fault in a purchased item, you must contact Airshoppen within 30 days of delivery and explain the nature of the defect or fault. Depending on the situation, the item will be repaired or replaced. If this is not possible, you may receive a refund of the purchase price or a price reduction. This is, of course, conditional on the complaint being justified and that the defect has not arisen due to incorrect use of the product, damaging behavior, use of incorrect voltage or current type, collisions and accidents, vandalism, or similar.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs you incur when returning the item if the complaint is justified. Remember to include a copy of your order confirmation and your payment receipt.

Replacement Items
In rare cases, a specific item may not be available in the packaging listed in our assortment. In such cases, we reserve the right to deliver the same item in different packaging if possible. For example, a sunscreen normally sold in 400 ml may be delivered as 2 x 200 ml, or a 3-pack of mascara may be delivered as 3 individual mascaras of the same type and quantity.
Reservations and Disclaimer
We reserve the right for sold-out items, printing errors, spelling mistakes, delivery changes from our suppliers, force majeure, and delays beyond Airshoppen’s control. This includes deliveries we cannot fulfill if flights scheduled by our partners are operated by other airlines. Airshoppen cannot be held liable for indirect losses, including consequential damages, operational and revenue losses, loss of profit, time loss, deprivation loss, or other indirect losses unless otherwise required by mandatory Danish law.

Product Liability
Airshoppen’s product liability follows the general rules of Danish law. Liability for damage to business property and product liability based on case law is limited to DKK 100,000 including VAT. This limitation does not apply to personal injuries. To the extent nothing else follows from mandatory legal provisions, Airshoppen is not liable for operational losses, loss of profit, or other indirect losses.
Product Information
Products in Airshoppen are described by type, brand, and, where applicable, quantity and alcohol percentage. Images of products are reproduced as realistically as possible, but for technical reasons, it cannot be guaranteed that the actual appearance of the products is shown exactly.
Disputes
Any disputes and legal actions will be settled under Danish law by Danish courts.
